Think Healthy

One would think that a person would make the immediate connection between a foul mood and the waning of "taking good care of themselves", but many still habitually act out of negativity with little or no attempt to shift their attitudes or their moods.

Old, stubborn thought patterns and belief systems must be let go of and left behind.  Behaviors with a high level of negative emotional energy cannot lead to long-term wellness, nor can wellness arrive with behaviors that mirror internal states of volatility, doubt and disbelief.

Eat Fresh
